We aim to provide reliable and flexible transportation for all customers. We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate reschedules whenever possible. The following policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and scheduling changes are handled to ensure fairness for both our customers and our drivers.
Cancellations within 72 Hours:
Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled service. If a cancellation request is submitted within this timeframe, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellations Prior to 72 Hours:
If a service is cancelled before the 72-hour window, a refund may be issued less a minimum cancellation fee of $50.
For any cancellation made prior to December 2, 2025, a $50 minimum cancellation fee applies to all orders, regardless of booking amount.
If a passenger fails to appear or make themselves known to the driver within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the order will be classified as a “No-Show.”
For standard taxi rides, No-Show orders will incur a $50 fee (or the full ride amount if less). Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded unless the cancellation falls within the 72-hour non-refundable period.
Wait time and traffic-related delays are billed at a rate of $1.05 per minute. This applies when the vehicle is idle, delayed in traffic, or waiting at a pickup location beyond standard boarding time.
Airport trips may be rescheduled to the same date without penalty, subject to availability.
If a customer reschedules to a different date, a fee equal to 25% of the total fare will be applied.
If the trip is fully cancelled, a refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms outlined in this policy.
Gift card purchases or fundings may be cancelled within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. Upon cancellation, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
All refunds will be processed and returned to the original credit or debit card used for the initial transaction.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged as if the ride was completed, and refunds are not available.
For consultation services, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within three (3) business days. Customers may reschedule during this period, subject to availability.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via text message or email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
This written record is required to prevent disputes regarding authorization or notification of the cancellation. We are unable to process disputes claiming that a cancellation request was not made or authorized.
For all credit card payments, driver’s license verification is required. The name on the driver’s license must match the name on the credit card used for payment.
In the event of a chargeback dispute, if the dispute is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to file a small claims case in St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Under Wisconsin law, fraudulent chargebacks may be considered criminal conduct and may be subject to prosecution.
This policy applies to all disputed amounts, regardless of whether the ride cost is $10, $100, or any other amount.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or other official communication channels.
